One rate for the whole school
Everyone in your school is on the same account — the office, the teachers, the pupils and the guardians. You pay for the people in it: two dollars each, a year — and every school pays 10% less than that, so a dollar eighty. Guardians are free.

Every school pays 10% less than the rate
Ten per cent comes off for every school, on any way of paying — monthly, per term, per semester or a whole year. There is nothing to qualify for and nothing to ask for: it is already off, and it makes the rate $1.80 a person a year instead of $2.00.

Read this before you decide
What the price does and does not do
The eight things a school asks about a price like this one.

There is no minimum
A very small school pays only for the people it has. We do not charge a fixed fee on top, and we do not charge for a school being small.

One rate, for every school
A school of 50 pupils pays the same rate as a school of 700 — two dollars a person, less the 10% every school gets. There is no small-school rate and no big-school rate, and nothing to negotiate: we do not give one school a better rate than another.

Everything is included, at every size
Every school gets every part of ExalyCampus — there is no smaller version, and no feature you have to grow into.

Guardians are free, and there is no limit
Register every parent and every guardian who should see a notice or a report card. It costs you nothing, and reaching them is the whole point of the system.

Pay monthly, termly, half-yearly or yearly
You choose how often you pay and it changes nothing about the total: the same money spread over the year, with no charge for paying in instalments. A monthly plan is twelve instalments.

The rate you start on is the rate you finish on
If we change our rate, we change it for new schools. The rate you start a year on is the rate you finish it on — and the 10% is not a first-year offer that quietly expires.

If your roll grows, you will know before you pay
We take the count at the start of each term, show you the arithmetic, and write to you before the term begins. Never a surprise on an invoice.

From the next term, automatically, without you asking.

Set-up is in the price
Your school's own account, your classes, subjects, terms and report cards, your pupil list, and training for your office and your teachers. Put your own pupils in — it takes minutes — or we will do it with you.
The meter
How we count your school
- Once a term, from your own register. The pupils and the staff you have already entered. We do not ask you to fill in a form, and nobody comes out to count.
- Teachers and office staff both count. At the same rate a pupil costs. You can see the total before you are billed for it.
- Guardians never count, and never will.
- Your invoice shows the sum. 325 people × $2.00 = $650, less the 10% every school gets, and the school pays $585. You can check it yourself.
- If something on it is obviously wrong. A class entered twice, a teacher who left last year — tell us within two weeks and we will put it right. We do not check up on you, and we do not argue about a handful of people.
- That is the whole calculation. How many pupils and staff you have, times two dollars a year, less 10%.
What is included
Included for every school:
- The whole of ExalyCampus, on Windows desktop and Android, for everybody in the school — the office, the teachers, the pupils and the guardians.
- Your school's own account, set up for you and ready on the first day.
- Your classes, subjects, terms and the divisions of your year, with your report cards done your way — set up with you, or set up by you in minutes, whichever you prefer.
- Your pupil and guardian list brought across from Excel, a printout, a notebook or another system.
- Training for the office and for the teachers, by telephone and in the app.
- Support through your first term.
- Every update, while your school is paid up.
- Notices to families by in-app message, push and e-mail, with no limit worth writing down.
What is not included
Charged separately, or simply not ours to supply:
- Text messages to families. Your phone company charges us per message, so we do not put a hidden amount for them in the price. SMS is not switched on yet; when it is, you will buy a message balance, see the rate, and see the balance fall. In-app messages and push notifications cost nothing and do the same job.
- Computers, phones and printers. ExalyCampus runs on the machines you already have, but we do not supply them.
- Your internet connection.
- A visit to your school. We will come, and we will quote it: a visit is travel and days.
- Extra training. Beyond the sessions included.
Paying
You choose how often you pay — the total is the same either way, and there is nothing extra for paying in instalments. The amounts below are what a school of 300 pupils and 25 staff pays; your own figures come out of the calculator at the top of this page.

Twelve monthly instalments, three a term, two a semester, or one payment for the year. They add up to the same $585.
Prices are in United States dollars. You may also pay in Liberian dollars, converted at the Central Bank of Liberia's published rate on the day you pay — the same rate anybody can look up. The receipt shows the rate and the date, and you can always pay in US dollars instead.
Once a term is paid for, its price does not change.

Liberian dollars
The USD figure is the price. As an illustration, at the Central Bank of Liberia rate of LD 171.97 to the US dollar, 9 October 2026, a school of 300 pupils and 25 staff paying $585 a year would pay about LD 100,600, or about LD 33,500 a term.
A school paying in Liberian dollars pays at the rate the Central Bank publishes on the day it pays, and the receipt shows the rate and the date. Because our own costs are in US dollars, the rate on the day is the rate that applies — and you can always pay in US dollars instead if you would rather fix it.

If a payment is late
If a payment is late we will remind you, and after two weeks we hold the account.
Holding stops sign-in. It does not delete anything. Your roll, your marks, your fee records and your report cards all stay exactly where they are, and one payment brings the school straight back to where it was. We will also export your records and give them to you at any time, whether or not you are staying with us.
We do not delete schools' records. There is no version of this where your school's history disappears.
Before you pay anything
Try it for six weeks
A school can use ExalyCampus free for one period of six weeks, set up in full — your classes, your terms, your report cards, your pupil list, and training for your office and your teachers.
At the end of the six weeks it becomes a paid term, unless you tell us in writing that you do not want to continue. One free period per school.

What do I have to buy?
A computer for the office, and a phone or tablet if you want one. ExalyCampus runs on the machines you already have.
Our internet is not reliable. Will it work?
The app runs on your own machines. The office needs a connection when it is sending notices or posting results; the day-to-day work of the register, the marks and the receipts does not need a fast line. No part of this depends on a family having a smartphone.
Can it do report cards the way we do them?
Yes. You set your own terms and the divisions of your year, and the columns your report card prints — in your school's words, not ours.
What exactly do we pay?

Can we pay monthly?
Yes. You may pay monthly, every term, every semester, or for a whole year at once, and the total is the same whichever you choose. A monthly plan is twelve instalments of a twelfth each, so nothing extra is charged for spreading it out.
What if a pupil joins in the middle of the term?
Nothing changes until the next term. We count once a term, and the count you start a term on is the count you pay for that term.
What happens if we cannot pay one term?
We hold the account. Sign-in stops, and nothing is deleted — your roll, your marks, your receipts and your report cards all stay. One payment puts the school back exactly where it was. We will also export your records and give them to you at any time.
Is it ours to keep?
Your records are your school's. Ask at any time and we will give you a copy.
